HELPING HANDS Home Support Services offers holistic "in-home" supports to seniors and their families.  We provide a variety of services including: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry service, grocery shopping, local transportation and errand service, as well as caregiver respite and companionship to residents of Continuing Care facilities.
