Katz Azz Mild Ghost Pepper Jerky

Ghost pepper is grown in north east India, and is one of the worlds hottest chili peppers. Buck and I both like spice and so Ghost Pepper was our exotic pepper of choice when we blended this awesome flavour. We dialled the heat down by adding other less potent spices so that we could modify the name to include the word ‘MILD’ Ghost Pepper. The heat is delayed but makes itself very apparent after about 15 seconds. Perfect chewy snack to enjoy with a favourite beverage. If spicy is your thing, this will be the one to keep close to the action. Jerky with Attitude !
