I am a self taught fondant cake decorator who specializes in Custom cakes and Wedding cakes. I can do virtually any design, from sculpted very large cakes to 4" mini cakes.  I bake all my cakes and cupcakes from scratch with quality ingredients. I use only the best ingredients for my scratch buttercream also. I book up fast..a couple weeks to a month is best, however, please do not hesitate to call, as I may be able to do a cake with short notice.
