Extruded Bison Jerky made from free-range local bison without any steroids, hormones or antibiotics. Currently available in 3 flavours, Original, Mandarin and Pepper. Very tender and breaking apart easily, it is conveniently packaged with 4 or 5 strips. Our family farm is located only 8 miles East of Red Deer with a store on site. All bison is provincially inspected and packaged at a local abattoir. We raise our own bison and finsih them on grass fields. Join the local movement and know where your meat is coming from. We offer most meat products with our bison meat, almost all are Gluten-Free and vacuum sealed.
