PRODUCTION MANAGER
FOR CENTRAL ALBERTA THEATRE
Central Alberta Theatre (CAT), an active, volunteer based community theatre group, requires an energetic, outgoing and highly organized person to oversee and ensure the smooth presentation of all productions. The successful candidate will have strong communication, time management and computer skills and will show fiscal aptitude. Must be able to work with a wide range of volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Produce all CAT productions
•Liaise with production heads, staff and Board members for each production
•Order scripts and secure royalties
•Ensure budget is adhered to for each show and all receipts are submitted for payment
•Coordinate with various parties to market and promote the productions
•Coordinate with the Front of House Manager to encourage and train new volunteers
This is a contract position, approximately 15 - 20 hours per week, on average. A detailed list of responsibilities is available upon request.
