Our 450° Teppan grill sears the ingredients,
and seals in the flavour. Customers get a

WE’RE FAMOUS FOR OUR TERIYAKI SAUCE

Edo Japan’s sweet Teriyaki Sauce is created from a time-
honoured recipe. This delicious sauce is made fresh daily
in each restaurant, and served warm over all of our
stir-fried Teppan-style meals.

Our signature dishes, Sukiyaki Beef
and Teriyaki Chicken, are the
cornerstones of the Edo Japan menu.
