These guys know their stuff! Extremely helpful and immensely knowledgeable!They have always answered any questions i may have and have always given us top-notch service! Glad to see there are still companies out there that go well above and beyond just regular customer service.Keep up the great work guys!!

What a joke of a business they run. I am absolutely stunned by the level of incompetence. Booked a truck in 10 days in advance to get gooseneck hitch installed, told them which hitch and even a Reese part number at the time of booking, showed up for our 8am appointment after driving 1.5 hours to get there and they didn't have the right hitch, they had the underneath part but didn't have the actual ball part, we told them it was fine they could ship us out the other piece the next day and we could install ourselves. Before we left I asked how long and they said 2.5 - 3 hours. 4 hours later we head back to see the truck outside with 3 guys working on it and the windows down in the pouring rain, after telling them to do up the windows I asked the hitch installer why it wasn't done when we gave them ample time to which he replies "We're busy, that's just the way the world works!" I told him I've owned a mechanic shop for over 6 years and when I say something will be done in 3 hours it is OR the customer is notified that it will take longer. Then we headed in and I talked to a guy up front who tells me there is nothing they can do, they are working on it.....it's a big job......so we left, did some errands and went for lunch, while at lunch I receive a phone call from the hitch warehouse saying the truck will be done in 10-15min, I said we would be there when we finish lunch, then exactly 10 minutes later my mother receives a call on her cell from the hitch warehouse informing her the truck will be done in 15 minutes! It was just unbelievable....

Nikki, I apologize that there was a miss communication when the truck was booked in. I booked it in myself and I don't remember anyone telling me the 8339 part number. I can understand that you drove a long ways to get this hitch installed at our shop. We are grateful for your business. That is why I spent half an hour looking to see if we actually had the parts in stock that you wanted. I did find exactly what you were looking for and we installed the complete hitch so you didn't have to go home with only have a hitch. The parts you wanted installed are less common of an install and it does take longer than the standard underbed Hide A Goose. I told you 2.5 to 3 hours when you first dropped off the vehicle because I didn't think we had the exact parts you were wanting. I apologize that the installers missed rolling up the window on your vehicle while they were were working on the front pad in the rain trying to get your vehicle done for you. When your vehicle was close to finished we knew you were in a hurry so I called you to inform you we were close to being done. Another salesman saw your workorder and not knowing that I called you, he called you as well informing you that we were almost done. Again I apologize that the install took longer than expected, sometimes things don't go the way you plan. Hope the hitch works well for you. Greg
