It does not get anymore Local than Messinger Meats. Peony Farms in Lacombe raise our Grass Fed Piedmontese Beef, Zuidhof Farms raise our Hormone & Chemical Free Pork and Lamb. Everything is slaughtered and processed at our Provincially inspected Meat Plant in Mirror. Our Sausages are Filler, Gluten, Lactose and Sugar Free. All our Lunches are cooked with those Meats only.
