Landscape Attributes:

Liberty Classic Bronze Snapdragon is an herbaceous annual bedding plant with an upright spreading habit of growth. Its relatively fine texture sets it apart from other garden plants with less refined foliage.

This annual bedding plant will require occasional maintenance and upkeep, and should not require much pruning, except when necessary, such as to remove dieback. It is a good choice for attracting bees and hummingbirds to your yard, but is not particularly attractive to deer who tend to leave it alone in favor of tastier treats. It has no significant negative characteristics.

Liberty Classic Bronze Snapdragon is recommended for the following landscape applications;

  • General Garden Use
  • Mass Planting
  • Container Planting
  • Border Edging

Plant Characteristics:

Liberty Classic Bronze Snapdragon will grow to be about 20 inches tall at maturity, with a spread of 14 inches. Although it's not a true annual, this fast-growing plant can be expected to behave as an annual in our climate if left outdoors over the winter, usually needing replacement the following year.

This annual bedding plant should only be grown in full sunlight. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. It is not particular as to soil type or pH. It is highly tolerant of urban pollution and will even thrive in inner city environments. This plant can be propagated by cuttings.

This is a selected variety of a species not originally from North America.
