Compact, bushy form of delphinium, the first true dwarf; covered with large light-pink flowers and whispy, finely-cut foliage

Summer Morning Dwarf Larkspur features bold shell pink flowers at the ends of the stems from early to mid summer. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It's deeply cut ferny leaves remain dark green in colour throughout the season. The fruit is not ornamentally significant.

Summer Morning Dwarf Larkspur will grow to be about 10 inches tall at maturity, with a spread of 12 inches. Its foliage tends to remain low and dense right to the ground. It grows at a medium rate, and under ideal conditions can be expected to live for approximately 10 years.
This perennial should only be grown in full sunlight. It prefers to grow in average to moist conditions, and shouldn't be allowed to dry out. It is not particular as to soil type or pH. It is somewhat tolerant of urban pollution. This plant can be propagated by division.
