Going Bananas Daylily features bold yellow trumpet-shaped flowers with green throats at the ends of the stems in early summer. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It's grassy leaves remain green in colour throughout the season. The fruit is not ornamentally significant.

Going Bananas Daylily is an herbaceous perennial with a shapely form and gracefully arching foliage. Its medium texture blends into the garden, but can always be balanced by a couple of finer or coarser plants for an effective composition.
