Male dispatch left me in tears.

Rating 1 star only because until now my previous experiences had been good - today that went out the window, I had called them earlier this month for a food run and the lady who answered was helpful and the driver was friendly.
This morning the guy who answered snapped at me for asking why he was telling me different things when it came to ordering. This was the response : "STOP MENTIONING LAST TIME- I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'VE BEEN TALKING TO - BUT I'VE BEEN HERE 10 YEARS AND KNOW THE RULES - NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" Almost in tears I apologized to him for the inconvenience my call caused. he then hung up on me.

I had an anxiety incident afterwards and needed medication.
I will never use them again.

What a horrible experience, they don't care about the customer, the lady that works dispatch  really does not care to help. I am glad I found a local company now to replace them
