in Canada and age it until it’s absolutely tender. Then we add our
special blend of spices and seasonings to your hand trimmed selection
and carefully grill it to perfection over an open flame. It’s some
mighty fine eatin’ – if we do say so ourselves. (And hey, it’s our menu
