Lower Level of Imperial Block Building Find us on Google Maps Cost: $30.00 Host: Cynthia Sebry with Essential Energy Healing How to register: Book online http://thesoulcenter.setmore.com/bookclass Min # 4 Max # 10 Class Details: EMBRACING THE FOUR ELEMENTS OF CHANGE – DIRECTION OF THE EAST, ELEMENT OF AIR When women gather, magic happens. Healing happens. Community happens. Change is a constant, defining characteristic of life. Seasons change, weather changes, leaves change, and so do people. In the Toltec Teachings on: Embracing the Four Elements of Change, we are encouraged to embrace the changes in our lives and create the kind of change that we want to see in ourselves and our world. The Four Elements: air, fire, water and earth--all carry specific properties and functions that can lead to a complete life transformation along the Toltec path. Air represents our mental body, and grants clear perceptions once we shift our focus from the negativity surrounding us to the love and gratitude that lie just below the surface. Air represents the mental body. The action of air is to clearly see. The first element of change focuses on the art of clear perception. The journey to center is greatly sped up by a compassionate and supportive mind. Since you have probably spent much time in fear-based or judgmental thinking, the mind is probably one of the most difficult aspects of self to change. With patience and practice and a conscious shift in attitude, you can move from the heaviness of a fearful, disruptive mind to the lightness of a clear, supportive mind. ***************************************************************************************************** Please Note: This is a 4 part series of Workshops.
