When we feel out of sorts, off balance, or like nothing is moving forward, or being accomplished, It is often a que that our chakra system is not running correctly. The energy flow that allows us to move forward is not working correctly. Blockages from emotions, stress and trama's are preventing us from continuing our lives, our projects and living a happy balnaced life.
In this class we will do a quick review of each chakra and how its effecting us. Then we will mediate using bineral beats, while i guide you through each one and allow you to realse blockages, and activate the energy source.
