Chakra Paint Night

Class Details: Join Nicole and Michael to venture through your chakras and express them in your very own art work!

This class will begin with a 30 min chakra meditation, to open up and activate the energy flow of your chakra system with Nicole. When we are finished our relaxing meditation we will begin our paintings. Micheal will have you use your hands and brushes as your tools, and show you some layering techniques. He will have an example painting. The key is to paint how you feel after your mediation, focusing on your chakra's and energy flow.
