Class Details: In this class for children, the kids will be learning all about the Root Chakra. There will be movement, sounds, activities and a small meditation to help the children familiarize themselves with the first Chakra, also known as the Root Chakra.
Ages 8-14, parents are encouraged to drop children off. However, this is not mandatory.
