Class Details:

Join Megan from Solum Yoga and Reiki as well as Vintage Earth Creations for a Children's Make your own Bracelet/ Meditation. In this class the children will be making their own gemstone bracelet, then we will be learning how to meditate with that bracelet. This type of meditation is very similar as meditating with your Mala beads, also known as Japa Meditation. Japa meditation is a mantra meditation which is repeating the same mantra over and over, so that the mind can focus on one thought.

Megan graduated from Red Deer College in 2012 with a diploma in Social Work, and has worked with many different children ranging from high behaviours to special needs, and has recently left the field of Human Services to pursue her passion to work directly with the gemstones, and children. Megan is also a Reiki Master and intuitive.

This is for children ages 7-14
