Class Details:

Join Jamie from Little Lights Yoga for a time of yoga fun and active play! This months mini camp theme is Cat Yoga.

This hour and a half cat themed yoga class will provide your 3 - 6 year old with activities that include yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, crafts, songs, stories, and games. During the last portion of our class, there will be a special visit from Alley Cats Rescue! Kids can meet and greet some of the cats from Alley Cats and learn about our furry friends.

During the class, time will be given for a snack. Please pack a peanut free snack for your child. Kids can bring a mat (extra mats will be provided if needed) and water.

**Waivers will need to be signed by parent or guardian
